2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts, seasoned with salt/pepper
3 cups chicken broth
4 Tablespoons butter
½ cup onions, finely diced
½ cup celery, finely diced
½ cup carrots, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon Onion Powder
½ teaspoon Dry Thyme
½ teaspoon Dry Rosemary
¼ teaspoon ground sage
1/3 cup flour
½ cup half and half
1 chicken bouillon cube

Instructions
Prepare the Biscuits: Prepare buttermilk biscuits and keep in the fridge. Add to the top of the pot pie before baking.
Prepare the Chicken Pot Pie: Cook and shred the chicken. Sauté onions, celery, and carrots. Add seasonings and flour. Gradually add chicken broth and half and half.
