Tuna:

  • 1/2 cup edamame, shelled
  • 1 tablespoon pickled ginger

Instructions

  1. Cook Sushi Rice: Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let cool slightly.
  2. Marinate Tuna: Marinate diced tuna in soy sauce and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
