  • 4 oz yogurt (or additional cream cheese or coconut cream)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (or sugar free alternative)

Strawberry Puree:

  • 5 medium size strawberries
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: If using cream cheese, let it come to room temperature. If using coconut cream, ensure it’s thick and creamy. Blend or mash strawberries until pureed. Add all ingredients, blend until smooth.
  2. Chill and Serve: Transfer the mixture to serving dishes. Refrigerate to allow the mousse to thicken.
