  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the pie crust on a baking sheet. Set aside.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, sift together sugar, flour, salt, and nutmeg.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla.
