  • 1 ¼ cups Mini M&M’s
  • ½ teaspoon butter extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add wet ingredients: Add egg, vanilla extract, and butter extract (if using) to the mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Incorporate dry ingredients: Mix in flour, instant pudding mix, baking soda, and salt until just combined on low speed.
  5. Add chocolate chips: Stir in mini chocolate chips and Mini M&M’s using a wooden spoon.
  6. Scoop and bake: Use a cookie scoop to place dough scoops on the baking sheet, spacing according to desired cookie size. Bake for 10-14 minutes depending on cookie size.
