Indulge in the flavors of fall with this Smooth Oatmilk Pumpkin Spice Creamer. Make your mornings cozy with this homemade creamer that combines the warmth of pumpkin pie spice with the creaminess of oat milk.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Creamer:

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree (plain, not pie filling)
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice blend
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Combine and Heat the Ingredients In a small saucepan, combine the oat milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice blend, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Whisk everything together until well combined. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Continue whisking occasionally while it heats, letting it simmer for about 5 minutes until the spices are fully dissolved and the mixture is warm and fragrant.
  2. Step 2: Add Vanilla Extract Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Whisk thoroughly to ensure the vanilla is incorporated. I like to add the vanilla at the end because it preserves its delicate flavor.
  3. Step 3: Cool and Store the Creamer Pour the finished creamer into a glass jar or airtight container. Allow it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully chilled. Shake well before each use. Enjoy your pumpkin spice oat milk creamer in hot coffee, cold brew, or iced coffee for a delicious seasonal treat!

Notes

  • This creamer will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less maple syrup.
