For the Garlic Butter Honey BBQ Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ⅓ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite variety)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

For Serving:

  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: In a bowl, season the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder. Toss to coat evenly.
