Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces arugula
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the butter and olive oil to a large non-stick skillet or pan. Heat over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  3. Add the arugula to the pan. It may seem like a lot, but it will wilt down significantly as it cooks.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Stir the arugula continuously as it cooks.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the arugula is wilted but still vibrant green.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately as a delicious side dish.
