  • 8 oz pineapple (cut into ½ inch cubes)
  • 34 tbsp sugar syrup (or agave nectar, maple syrup, or orange juice)
  • lemon juice

Peach Sorbet:

  • 8 oz Peaches (peeled, cut into ½ inch cubes)
  • 34 tbsp sugar syrup (or agave nectar, maple syrup, or orange juice)
  • lemon juice

Honeydew Melon Sorbet:

  • 8 oz honeydew melon (cut into cubes)
  • 34 tbsp sugar syrup (or agave nectar, maple syrup, or orange juice)
  • lemon juice

Sugar Syrup:

  • 8 oz white sugar
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Sugar Syrup: Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves. Simmer for 15-20 minutes to create the syrup. Chill before using.
  2. Fruit Sorbet: Cut fruits into cubes and freeze. Blend frozen fruit with syrup until smooth. Add lemon juice. Serve immediately or freeze.
