For the Filling:
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened (8 oz. each)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 box orange jello (3 oz.)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of one orange
