- 6 large eggs at room temperature
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
For the Marinade:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey, corn syrup, or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 medium onion, diced
- 1 green onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 chili peppers, diced
