- 2–3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- 3–4 drops purple food coloring

- Prepare for baking: Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Combine dry ingredients: Whisk flour, cornstarch, and baking powder in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Beat butter and sugar: Cream butter, sugar, lemon zest, and lavender until fluffy.
