  • Juice and zest of 2 lemons (about 1/4 cup lemon juice)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries, tossed with 1 Tbs flour

  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
