Dinner Rolls/Burger Buns:

Cream Cheese Filling:

1 cup softened cream cheese, 1.5 tbsp caster sugar

Butter:

1/2 cup (salted), 1 tbsp caster sugar, 1/3 cup milk

Eggs:

Garlic Butter:

7-8 cloves garlic (finely minced), 2 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper or Silpat.
  2. Cream Cheese Filling: Mix softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Set aside.
