  • 8 oz (225g) mushrooms, sliced

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Sauce:

  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • Zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Brown the beef slices for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
