Ham Salad:

  • 3 cups ham, (16 ounces)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup celery, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sweet relish
  • 1/8 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Process Ham: Add ham to a food processor and pulse until it is in small pieces, but not a paste, more like crumbs.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Add all the ingredients together in a large bowl and stir well.
  3. Chill and Serve: Serve chilled, refrigerating for at least 2 hours to help hold it together.
