  • 1 zucchini, sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Baste & Glaze, plus extra for basting

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat to ensure it is hot enough to cook seafood and vegetables quickly and evenly.
  2. Marinate ingredients: In a large bowl, combine shrimp, scallops, bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion. Pour in ¼ cup of Kikkoman® Teriyaki Baste & Glaze and stir gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
  3. Assemble skewers: Thread the shrimp, scallops, and vegetables onto 6-8 inch skewers, alternating the ingredients for a colorful and flavorful variety.
  4. Grill skewers: Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until the shrimp turn opaque, scallops are firm and lightly charred, and vegetables are tender.
  5. Baste and serve: Brush the cooked skewers with 2 to 3 more tablespoons of Teriyaki Baste & Glaze for extra flavor. Serve hot with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
