For the Asparagus:

  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Asparagus: Drizzle asparagus with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Make the Garlic Sauce: Mix all garlic sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.
  4. Grill the Shrimp: Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and lightly charred.
  5. Grill the Asparagus: Grill asparagus 4–6 minutes until crisp-tender.
  6. Assemble the Bowls: Assemble bowls with grilled shrimp, asparagus, and a generous scoop of creamy garlic sauce.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
