Garlic Butter:

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Liquid Mixture:

  • 8 ounces chicken broth
  • 8 ounces whole milk

Seasonings:

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Finishing Touches:

  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Rice: Add the rice to a fine mesh sieve and rinse to remove surface starches.
  2. Saute Garlic: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Add rice, chicken broth, milk, salt, and pepper to the pan. Bring to a simmer and cover.
