  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Bombs:

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Season and Mix: Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Combine with cream cheese and shredded cheddar, then remove from heat.
