Potatoes:
- 3 lbs Yukon gold potatoes (or Russet potatoes)
Garlic Milk Mixture:
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 8 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- Prep Potatoes: Wash and scrub 3 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, chop into small chunks.
