Dough:

  • 2 Packages Pillsbury Uncut Crescent Sheets

Filling:

  • 1 Vanilla Pudding Cup

Glaze:

  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk

Others:

  • Vegetable Oil (for Frying)

Instructions

  1. Fill and Heat Oil: Fill a pan with about 2 inches of oil. Heat to 350 degrees over medium heat.
  2. Prepare Dough: Fold dough in half in both directions. Cut 3″ circles using a biscuit cutter. Cut 1″ circles from the center of each 3″ circle.
  3. Make Cronuts: Save the 1″ circles for cronut holes. Roll out scraps and cut additional cronuts.
  4. Fry Cronuts: Fry cronuts for about 90 seconds on each side until golden. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Prepare Glaze: Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk to make the glaze. Adjust milk for desired consistency.
  6. Assemble: Fill a cooled cronut with vanilla pudding. Drizzle with glaze and allow it to set.
