For the Chicken Wings:

  • 10 Chicken Wings
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper

For the Sauce:

  • ⅓ Cup Hot Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry and coat with a mix of brown sugar, baking powder, chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bake the Wings: Bake at 200C | 400F for 40-50 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  3. Make the Sauce: Heat hot sauce, honey, and butter in a pan until melted and thickened.
  4. Toss the Wings: Coat the baked wings in the sticky sauce until evenly covered.
  5. Serve: Enjoy immediately with a cooling dipping sauce like ranch.

Notes

  • If you want to make a larger batch, simply double or triple the recipe.
  • For a milder version, reduce or omit the chili powder.
  • Adjust the heat level by using your preferred hot sauce.
