  • 225 g ham, thinly sliced

For Frying:

  • Peanut oil or vegetable oil, for frying

For Breading:

  • 125 g all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 100 g panko bread crumbs

For the Dijon Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 480 mL milk
  • 60 g Dijon mustard
  • 100 g shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season and Prepare Chicken: Evenly coat chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Flatten Chicken Breasts: Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound to an even thickness.
  3. Fill and Roll Chicken: Layer Swiss cheese and ham on chicken, roll tightly, and wrap in plastic.
