Penne Pasta:

  • 225 grams penne pasta, uncooked

Creamy Tomato Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 425 grams tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 120 millilitres heavy cream
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon fine salt, or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

Garnish:

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta – Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook penne pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Garlic – Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic until aromatic.
  3. Simmer the Tomato Base – Add tomato sauce and paste to the skillet, simmer for 4-5 minutes.
