  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped

Additional Dips

  • 2 cups easy 5-minute salsa
  • 2 cups Mexican street corn dip

To Serve

  • Chips of your choice

Instructions

  1. Make the Sour Cream Herb Dip: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, chopped chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well blended. Adjust seasoning to taste and transfer to a serving bowl.
  2. Prepare the Spicy Mayo Dip: In another bowl, mix together 1 cup mayonnaise, ½ cup sour cream, hot sauce, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then transfer to a serving bowl.
