For momo stuffing:

  • 1 cup boneless chicken, boiled and shredded
  • 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Few coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • To taste salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Boil chicken with salt and pepper, then shred into small pieces.
  2. Make the dough: Mix flour, salt, and oil. Knead into a firm dough with water.
  3. Prepare the filling: Combine shredded chicken, onion, ginger, garlic, spices, and soy sauce. Mix well.
  4. Assemble the momos: Roll out dough into rounds. Add filling and seal into dumplings.
  5. Steam the momos: Place in a steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
