  • 6 slices bacon, chopped

Chicken:

Pasta:

  • 18 ounces water
  • 8 ounces penne pasta, uncooked

Seasoning and Dairy:

  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 4 ounces heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook Bacon: In a sauté pan over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Cook Chicken: Drain excess bacon grease, leaving 2 tablespoons in the pan. Add cubed chicken and cook until done. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  3. Cook Pasta: In the same pan, add water, penne pasta, and ranch seasoning. Simmer covered until pasta is al dente.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add chicken, bacon, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese to the pan. Stir until cheese melts. Let sit to thicken.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
