Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts – pounded thin

Cheese Mixture:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • ¾ cup extra sharp White Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F with the rack in the center position.
  2. Prepare Baking Dish: Lightly oil a 13×9 ceramic baking dish.
  3. Prepare Chicken: Place pounded chicken breasts in the baking dish.
