Main Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Sauté Onion and Garlic: In a skillet, cook onions and garlic until translucent and fragrant.
- Cook Ground Beef: Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned.
- Season and Mix: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Combine well.
- Add Cheese: Remove beef from heat, mix in cheddar cheese.
- Fill and Roll: Place beef mixture on egg roll wrapper, fold and roll tightly.
- Fry Eggrolls: Fry in oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain and Serve: Remove, drain excess oil, and serve warm.
