  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers

Instructions

  1. Sauté Onion and Garlic: In a skillet, cook onions and garlic until translucent and fragrant.
  2. Cook Ground Beef: Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned.
  3. Season and Mix: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Combine well.
  4. Add Cheese: Remove beef from heat, mix in cheddar cheese.
  5. Fill and Roll: Place beef mixture on egg roll wrapper, fold and roll tightly.
  6. Fry Eggrolls: Fry in oil until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Drain and Serve: Remove, drain excess oil, and serve warm.
