- 3 medium carrots, peeled
- 1.5 bananas, frozen and cut into chunks
- 240 ml 2% milk
- 120 ml plain 0% Greek yogurt
- 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 45 ml pure maple syrup
- 240 ml ice cubes
