  • 34 grams per piece butter cubes

Instructions

  1. Overnight Dough: Combine bread flour and boiling water, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Main Dough: Mix flours, salt, sugar, and milk powder. Add yeast, water, and egg. Beat until rough dough forms. Add overnight dough and butter, beat until elastic. Knead, proof for 40 mins.
  3. Divide, shape, and proof dough. Make slits, add butter cubes, egg wash, and sugar. Bake at 180°C for 20 mins.
  4. Cool slightly, unmold, and serve warm.
