Crust
- 1 sleeve graham crackers (9 sheets)
- 1 cup pecans
- ½ cup butter (1 stick), melted
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz whipped topping (two 8 oz tubs), thawed and divided
- 42 oz blueberry pie filling (two 21 oz cans)

- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for baking the crust.
- Prepare Crust: In a food processor or blender, blend the graham crackers and pecans until they form fine crumbs. Add the melted butter and granulated sugar, pulsing or stirring to coat evenly. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 13×9-inch pan. Bake the crust at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes until the butter is absorbed and the crust no longer appears wet. - Make Cream Cheese Layer: Using an electric hand mixer, beat the room-temperature cream cheese and powdered sugar together in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. Beat in one 8 oz container of whipped topping until well combined and smooth. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Add Blueberry Layer: Gently dollop the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, smoothing it out evenly with a spatula.
- Top with Whipped Topping and Garnish: Spread the remaining 8 oz container of whipped topping over the blueberry layer. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the top if desired.
- Chill and Serve: Cover the dessert and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to let the layers set. Cut into 15 pieces before serving. Keep any leftovers refrigerated.
Notes
- For a no-bake crust, omit baking step and simply press crust mixture firmly into the pan, then chill in the fridge until firm.
- Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing and a smoother filling.
- This dessert can be made a day ahead to enhance flavors and convenience.
