  • 1 lb ground turkey

Green Beans:

  • 4 cups of green beans

Jasmine Rice:

  • 1 cup jasmine rice

Asian Sweet Chili Sauce Mixture:

  • 4 tbsp Asian sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Optional Toppings:

  • French fried onions
  • Lime wedges
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cook Jasmine Rice: Boil 2 cups of water, add 1 cup of jasmine rice, and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare Green Beans: Wash and trim ends of green beans, place in a microwave-safe bowl. Pour water over the beans, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and microwave for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Cook Ground Turkey: Brown ground turkey in a skillet with salt and pepper. Drain any excess grease.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked green beans to the skillet with the turkey. Mix in butter, sugar, soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce. Heat until sauces are melted.
  5. Assemble Bowls: Divide the cooked rice and turkey mixture into meal prep containers.
  6. Add Toppings: Garnish with optional toppings such as French fried onions, lime wedges, and fresh cilantro.
