  • 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil (or cooking spray)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
  2. Slice and season chicken: Slice the chicken breast in half to get two thin cutlets. Season each cutlet with salt and pepper on both sides.
