Mashed Potato Balls:

  • 4 cups mashed potato (1kg)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (120g)
  • 5 green onions
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup flour (70g)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (50g)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, combine mashed potato, cheese, and green onion.
  2. Shape the Balls: Scoop out 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking tin.
  3. Prepare Coating Stations: Beat eggs in one bowl, place flour in another, and panko breadcrumbs in a third.
  4. Coat the Balls: Dip each potato ball in flour, then egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 375F.
  6. Cook in Air Fryer: Oil the basket, place coated balls in a single layer without touching, and spray with oil. Air fry at 375F for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
